Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Qdos.

Having achieved the ISO 14001 standard, we now have an internationally recognised environmental management system (EMS). Many organisations now require their suppliers to have specific environmental management plans, and by implementing ISO 14001 policies, we demonstrate to our customers that Qdos is committed to reducing our environmental impact.

Modular display system

Our modular T3 airframe stand system comes with a lifetime guarantee and is fully reusable. Unlike traditional timber builds, T3 is easily repurposed and this adaptability means that Qdos stands can grow with the changing needs of your business, whilst reducing waste throughout its product lifetime.

Working sustainably is one of our biggest goals as a business and in every situation or challenge we face, we strive to find the best solution. We’re always researching into new ways we can reduce waste and utilise sustainable materials and processes without sacrificing on the quality of the work we deliver to our clients, and are continually investing back into our business to ensure this happens.

From our switch to electric warehouse vehicles to the purchase of new materials and equipment, such as our eco-inks, we never stop reducing our carbon footprint. Our initiatives have been internationally recognised with Qdos builds being awarded the Gold standard in Better Stands accreditation that’s been adopted by mange event organisers.

Forward planning

We often plan our design and build schedules up to a year in advance, which is particularly helpful for clients with multiple events in their calendars. Planning ahead means we ensure stand elements are reused, even when display sizes or requirements vary. We also optimise transportation, which naturally reduces CO2 emissions. In addition to ensuring the event runs as smoothly as possible, careful organisation can reduce unnecessary costs and waste, whilst also providing much needed peace of mind for our clients.
