How we work:
We understand your needs
We work closely with our clients to understand their brief and exhibiting requirements. Whatever the format of the brief, i.e. email, telephone, Skype or a face to face meeting we will ensure all elements are explored and understood before proceeding to the design element.
Designed around your needs
Qdos endeavour to provide inspirational design concepts from your brief and details of your exhibiting requirements. We pride ourselves in working closely with the client throughout the design development process to fundamentally achieve your ultimate goal. Using the latest design CAD technology our visuals are a realistic representation of the proposed design. Once final graphics are agreed these will be portrayed on to the overall visuals showing various viewing angles of the completed design. The design is then drawn up by our designers as detailed stand plans, these plans will be submitted to the organisers along with method statements and risk assessments telling them exactly how we will build the stand and all risks involved. This is another service which Qdos are happy to complete to make the exhibiting experience a much easier one.

Production
Qdos have their own in-house print and production services, ensuring all outputs are checked and of the highest quality. With T3 Airframe, every stand is completely pre-built in our warehouse and can be viewed before being dismantled and transported to the exhibition. Our bespoke build stands are prepared and constructed in the workshops, but due to their complexity and size these are built in sections ready for transportation to the venue. At all stages of production the dedicated Project Manager will keep the client informed throughout the process.
Build and Deliver
From the time Qdos are confirmed as your stand designer you will be allocated a project manager and additional team members to work with you throughout the process. Initially they will put a time schedule in place for both parties to work with, this is the basis of the whole project running smoothly. All stand components are delivered directly to the venue and the whole process of installation and dismantle on site including management of venue services is dealt with by our experienced in house site crew.
The Whole Package
From concept to completion Qdos provide the full service, where all aspects of your exhibiting experience can and will be handled by the team. We will endeavour to cover and discuss with you all elements and will assist in the best way possible to suit your needs. As much or as little compulsory form filling and paper work with the event organisers can be completed or advised by the Qdos team. Our main goal on customer retention is to ensure you and your staff are completely and fully refreshed for the actual exhibition.
