Since it first began in 1957, the Rendez-Vous de Septembre (RVS) event has grown into the largest gathering in the sector, enabling all players in the insurance and reinsurance market to meet up and discuss ahead of the renewals period. We first started to work with Swiss Re in 2011, installing a prestigious external build that overlooked Port Hercule. This time around, three key venues were being used, each with strict security and restrictions.
Using our modular system, we were able to get sign-off from the venue’s technical department and architect office, ensuring our materials and build aligned with their regulations. We elevated the display areas by spacing off sections and halo illuminating with LEDs. In the garden, we set-up semi-private branded discussion pods, cooled with remote fans and softened with branded, purpose-made cushions. There were also semi-permanent structures on display, so we protected and branded these up to enhance the space.
